Historic Keney Clocktower
We are proud of our historic restoration of the beautiful Keney Clocktower. This fascinating project included the entire exterior shell including brownstone, roofing, windows, doors, gates. We worked with specialists in fixing and restoring the original clock mechanisms including the connection to all restored clock dials.

196 Homestead Avenue
The restoration 196 Homestead Avenue created 6 contemporary apartment units within the historic shell of the original 1930 building. Similar to Goodwin Hotel, we demolished the interior structure while retaining and securing the thin brick historic shell. We were the Architects of record for this award willing project.

Goodwin Hotel
The contemporary Goodwin Hotel in downtown Hartford was constructed within the beautiful historic masonry shell of the original building. This involved carefully demolishing the interior of the structure while temporarily shoring the ribbon like 4 story masonry. Amistad Court
This North Hartford affordable housing project combined two 1920 existing building into one contemporary apartment complex saving on common spaces, common utilities. We created a unique enjoyable public space.

93 Elm Street
Historic restoration of 93 Elm Street; Hartford involved extensive brownstone repair; gut rehabilitation of interior and rebuilding of former front window bay. We equipped the 1868 building with state of the art photo voltaic panels and heat pump.
